Dr. Julie Dyrdek Broad is the Founder & CEO of Organizational Sciences. In this capacity, Dr. Broad leverages her decades of experience and thought leadership on the topic of workplace well-being and performance directly with Organizational Science's clients. Dr. Broad completed her Bachelor of Science (The Ohio University, 1992) summa cum laude, her Masters of Business Administration (The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Global One Executive MBA, 2008), and her doctorate (George Washington University, Human & Organizational Learning, Organizational Sciences Ed.D., 2023).
